Briefing on Dalian Eminent Professional Association

Dalian Eminent Professional Association is a comprehensive society composed of academicians of the two National Academies, state-level experts with great achievements, and urban management experts including experts enjoying national special subsidy and other intellectuals with great achievements. It aims at organizing academic exchanges, research and study, technological consultation, projects development, training of talents and other activities. There are many branches in this association, including City Planning and Construction Committee, medical sub-committee, special committee for plotting, special committee of management consultation and special committee of legal consultation.  

Since the founding of association in 1997, it has participated in demonstrations and planning on the construction of Light-track Railway and the new Railway Station of Dalian. It did much work on some important research for the well-known experts at home and abroad. The society is well appreciated by the city government and other social sectors. Now it responds to the calls on turning Dalian into a city in knowledge type and the project “Window to World Top Universities 100” has been started.
