base. Dalian has enjoyed a high reputation
in the world, for many world celebrities have visited Dalian and many Dalian celebrities have had international higher education.
This project aims at providing thousands and hundreds of Chinese students with an opportunity
to accept the best world

and making the world’s
best university education popularized in Chinese students.
