WTU100-dalian:support the construction of the study and education base

The leaders in Dalian lay great emphasis on study and education and regard it as the essence for the city’s development to support the construction of the study and education base.
In June 2001, Sun Chunlan, vice-secretary of Liaoning Provincial Committee of the CPC, secretary of Dalian Municipal Committee of the CPC, gave a speech entitled “The decision about contributing a city of knowledge type”, the government, enterprises, communities, villages and families were demanded to organize the parties or nets of knowledge type. She also said that studying needs a kind of system, plan and demonstration units.


Dec. 14, 2001, Mr. Wang Chenming (2^nd, right), the vice-mayor of Dalian City, gave a warmly welcome to Mr. Ketler (1^st, right), the Marketing Master of U.S.A. who attended the marketing forum held in China for fortune master, and Mr. Shi Xianwen (1^st, left), the chairman of WBSA who was invited specially to be the chairperson by Mr. ketler.
