• The project of ¡°Window to World Top Universities 100¡± ( web site- http:// www.wtu100.com)will cover an area of one square kilometer. The main gate is just like a huge book with an antithetical couplet, which has the Nobel¡¯s proverb on the right side and the Confucian proverb on the left side. A main building facing the main gate is going to be built symbolizing the educational significance. In the center of the park base there will be a descending  ¡°Nobel Square¡±. On the front of the square is a round ¡° Confucian Forum¡±. The WTU 100 has been comprehensively worked out according to the general international ranking of the universities. Each university will cover an area of three thousand square meters, among which there is an area of about two thousand square meters for the imitation of the university¡¯s most symbolic building or its microview. In front of it there is a small square for university celebrities show and two bronze statues for the founder and the president of each university. Inside the buildings there are university forums, president office for rest, exhibition hall for university publications., educational achievements, admission consultation and introduction to the achievements of the top teachers and students. The park base will be surrounded by trees and flowers, and there are passages and lawns separating universities from each other, creating a flourishing atmosphere of educational prosperity.
• We are going to cultivate the potential of the project for arranging a series of annual academic activities such as world presidents forum, professors forum, top students forum, top graduates forum and the forum for the greatest achievements in scientific research and education of each university. In this way can this project promote to be an international window for making a systematic presentation of the world university education.
• The project of ¡°Window to World Top Universities 100¡± is located in Dalian City, which is one of the most famous tourist cities and the most fully open city in China. Dalian has also been rewarded the title of  ¡° city of knowledge type¡±. The leaders in Dalian lay great emphasis on study and education and regard it as the essence for the city¡¯s development to support the construction of the study and education base. Dalian has enjoyed a high reputation in the world, for many world celebrities have visited Dalian and many Dalian celebrities have had international higher education.
• The project is a large-scale theme-park- base for study and education.   This project aims at providing thousands and hundreds of Chinese students with an opportunity to accept the best world higher education and making the world¡¯s best university education popularized in Chinese students.This project will present to us the microview of the whole campus of each of the world top universities 100 and their great contributions and achievements as well as their schooling conditions and development strategies.
• WTU 100 project is sponsored by alternative president Shi Xianwen from the World Business Strategist Association, who acts as the head of the organizing group of this project, and Dalian Eminent Professional Association is in charge of the regulation and allocation of this project; the chief secretary of the association , Mr. Yang Guilin, acts as the chief-commander; the famous business strategist and the head of Dalian World Peace Park, Mr. Wang Runnan, acts as the chief stategist. What¡¯s more, more than ten world-famous experts have engaged in designing and supervising this project. Investors such as Dalian World Peace Park Co.Ltd. are going to grant investments for the construction of this project, and some experts in relevant international fields and investment companies who have shown great interest in this project. The first ten top universities in the construction of the project will have been selected by the end of March, 2002. A detailed design for it will be carried on at that time.
